1. Check the work of lubrication point of the rotating parts, and supply he lubrication oil timely.
2. Check the amount of lubrication oil in the oil cup of the concrete mixer, and supply he lubrication oil timely.
3. Cheek the oil level of the air lubricator in the air system every week, and use the lubrication oil with the viscosity of 2.5 to 70 E.
4. Open the drain valve once time every day, and drain away the water in the air compressor and air storage tank.
5. Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) should be checked to see whether it is loose, if it is loose, it must be tightened.
6. Regularly cheek the water supply, gas supply and admixture system to see whether they are normal.
7. Check the electrical control system and the instrument to see whether they are normal.
8. Check the mixing shaft and the cylinder body of concrete mixer to see whether they are clean, if the concrete on the mixing shaft is too much, it should be cleaned up manually.
9. Regularly clean or replace the filter screen on the dust filter of the powder tank.
10. If the concrete mixing plant is shut down for more than a week, it is necessary to empty the materials in measuring bins (such as cement, water and additive and aggregate), and clean the mixing console, hopper, etc. to avoid hardening materials.
PS: When clean the filter screen on the dust filter of the powder tank, it can’t be washed by water, only be clean up by blowing or soft brush.
