The construction site just bought one set of mobile concrete mixer. Workers found one crane to transfer the concrete mixer from the heavy truck to construction site. When the mobile cement mixer was hung at 5 meters away from the ground, the mobile concrete mixer was going to be laid at appropriate place, crane jib was suddenly slightly swaying and the lifting rope of crane disconnected.
