Now commonly used concrete mixing plant host is forced type concrete mixer. They may divide into four parts specifically.
A. Double-horizontal-shafts forced type concrete mixer. Virtues: high mixing performance, high efficiency, good adaptability, high reliability. This one is especially applicable for concrete batching plant. Disadvantages: The price offered is little high. the devices are mainly good for medium- and large-scale commercial cement batching plant. This may not be appropriate for small concrete mixing plant.
B. Single horizontal-axis forced mixer. Virtues: mixing performance is nice. The production efficiency can meet the smallcement batching plant needs. Such as mobile cement plant, it is featured by compact structure, small floor coverage, simple installation and high degree of automation. Lower price. Disadvantage: weaker adaptability. That is typically not suitable for use in medium- and large-scale commercial concrete mixing plant.
