The first common fault of twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer: the mixing shaft of twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer does not work
The reasons of the fault are: 1. Twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer  seriously overload. Then concrete mixer users need to readjust the quantity of material and unload excess material; 2. Between mixing blades or side-entry blades and inside wall of mixing tank, there is big foreign body. Then concrete mixer users need get rid of the foreign body and readjust the gap; 3. The belt of the motor is too loose. Then concrete mixer users need to fasten the belt;

The second common fault of twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer: there is abnormal sound when concrete mixer is working
The reason of the fault is: the gap between mixing blades or scraper and the inside wall of mixing tank is too large. So concrete mixer users need to adjust the gap to the specified requirements;

The third common fault of twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer: the reduction box of concrete mixer has serious noise
The reasons of the fault are: 1. There is foreign body in mixing box. It is necessary to remove the foreign body and repair or replace the damaged parts; 2. The bearing is damaged, then users need replace the damaged bearing with one new bearing;

The fouth common fault of twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer: The temperature of two end axles of mixing tank is too high
The reasons of the fault are: 1. The bearing is damaged, then users need replace the damaged bearing with one new bearing; 2. There is not enough fuel supply, then users need add lubricating oil according to the requirements;

The fifth common fault of twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer: the shaft end of compulsory concrete mixer has leakage
The reason of this problem is that floating seal is damaged. So users should replace the damaged floating seal with one new floating seal.
